π¦ Missing Items Policy
To protect both our customers and our business, we follow a strict verification process for missing item claims.
π₯ Unboxing Video Requirement
If you believe an item is missing from your order, you must provide a clear and unedited unboxing video that meets the following conditions:
The video must begin before opening the sealed package.
The shipping label must be clearly visible.
The video must show the entire unboxing process without cuts, edits, or pauses.
All contents of the package must be clearly displayed in the video.
Failure to provide a proper unboxing video will result in rejection of the claim.
β³ Reporting Timeframe
Missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

π Claim Review Process
Once we receive your claim:
Our team will review the video carefully.
If approved, we will either:
β Reship the missing item(s) (subject to availability), or
β Issue a refund or store credit (as per your preference)
π« Invalid Claims
Claims will be rejected if:
No unboxing video is provided
The video is edited or unclear
The video does not start with a sealed package
The claim is raised after 48 hours
π Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.
π Reverse Pickup Charges
If reverse pickup is arranged by Bohonaari:
A fee of βΉ100 per order (not per item) will be deducted from the refund amount.
If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the product back at your own expense.
β Eligible Items for Return
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
With original tags attached
Returns are accepted if:
You received the wrong size, color, or style
The item does not meet your expectations
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items that have been worn or washed
Products without original tags
Damaged products due to customer misuse
Final sale items clearly marked on the product page
π Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us

Include your Order Number and reason for return.
Step 2: Return Approval
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization via WhatsApp or email.
Step 3: Shipment
Securely pack the item and send it to the return address provided.
If courier pickup is available, we will schedule it within 2β3 working days.
π³ Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
π Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

Exchange Procedure
