2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, sale periods, or high-demand times, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification.


3. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment:

  • Through the courier partner’s tracking website

  • Using the tracking link shared with you

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct at checkout.

Bohonaari is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Incorrect contact information

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will try to assist before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped.


5. Delivery Issues

  • Damaged during delivery

Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

For damaged items, please share:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • The order number

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Customer refusal

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailable to receive

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the parcel.
